Delivery & Dispatch Timelines

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts.

Processing time refers to the time it takes to conduct order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our suppliers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Order processing takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. Domestic delivery usually take between 7-14 business days. Note that due to unforeseeable circumstances, items can take longer to arrive at their destination from time to time.

Return/Exchange Policy

At Zarwa Jewellery we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy.

Return Policy:

  • You can return your Jewellery within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be undamaged and the jewellery unused.
  • Please ensure the jewellery is returned in its original packaging.

 

Exchange Policy:

  • You can exchange your jewellery within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The bottle must be undamaged and the jewellery unused.
  • You can choose to exchange for another jewellery of equal or lesser value.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned jewellery, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
