- To be eligible for a return, the product must be undamaged and the jewellery unused.
- Please ensure the jewellery is returned in its original packaging.
Exchange Policy:
- You can exchange your jewellery within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The bottle must be undamaged and the jewellery unused.
- You can choose to exchange for another jewellery of equal or lesser value.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned jewellery, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
